✅ If we are not your closest school, but your child has a sibling already enrolled at the College, your enrolment application will be accepted.
Applying for Year 7 2025 Enrolment
Government primary school: Year 6 students in government schools will receive and return completed forms to the primary school.
Non-government primary schools: families at non-government schools need to download the Department of Education’s Placement Information Kit and complete an enrolment form which you return directly to the College.
Required Documentation
All enrolments must include copies of supporting documents, including:
proof of address (utility bills, rental agreement etc)
birth certificate, and
recent school report (highly recommended) in order to finalise the enrolment.

Students Living Within Our Designated Zone
Students must live within the designated zone for Edgars Creek Secondary College to be enrolled. Check if you are in our designated zone at https://findmyschool.vic.gov.au/.
Students Living Outside Our Designated Zone
If you are outside our zone we ask that you email edgars.creek.sc@education.vic.gov.au outlining why you would like the school to consider your enrolment under the ‘extenuating circumstances’ claim. For more details on our enrolment policy please see our Enrolment Policy.
All Years 8-12 2025 (and Years 7-12 2024) enrolment enquiries should complete the enrolment Enquiry Form below.
