Year 7 Transition Program

Students transitioning from year 6 into year 7 need to follow the transition process outlined below.

Government primary school: Year 6 students in government primary schools will receive and return completed forms to the primary school. 

Non-government primary schools: Year 6 students at non-government primary schools need to download the Department of Education’s Placement Information Kit and complete an enrolment form which you return directly to the College.

Required Documentation

All enrolments must include copies of supporting documents, including:

  • Proof of Address (utility bills, rental agreement, rates notice etc)
  • Birth Certificate,
  • Immunisation Certificate and
  • Recent School Report (highly recommended) in order to finalise the enrolment.
