Student Representative Council
At Edgars Creek Secondary College our SRC (Student Representative Council) is a dynamic group of dedicated students who meet weekly to address important issues and collaborate closely with school leadership to enrich the overall school experience. They play a key role in proposing and organizing various school events, including ‘Edgars Creek’s Got Talent,’ our annual talent show. SRC members also engage in leadership workshops throughout the year, where they develop valuable skills that contribute to both their personal growth and the well-being of our school community.

Student Curriculum Leaders
Student Curriculum Leaders play an important role in strengthening the connection between students and teachers by ensuring student voice helps shape learning at ECSC. They encourage their peers to engage with learning and strive to do their best while supporting subject-based events, activities, clubs, competitions and excursions.
Working closely with teachers and Instructional Leaders, Student Curriculum Leaders share student ideas and feedback, contribute to the development and improvement of units of work, and assist with whole-school initiatives linked to their learning area, such as Book Week or Science Week.
They also model respectful communication by raising concerns or suggestions about learning and the school environment, helping to foster a positive, inclusive and engaging learning culture for all students.
